WOW. Just came back from the North Melbourne store with my new Condor bike.

The receipt says I was served by Steve M. Can I just say what a pleasure it was. He was helpful but not pushy. Explained the bike, the sizes, the seat - everything. And even helped take the bike to my car around the block and get it inside my car for me.

Such a delight to go to a store and get great products AND great service. Keep it up and I will come back for sure !
