Reid Cycles warrants all manufacturers defects to the purchaser for 5 years on frame and forks and 12 months on parts. We also offer free brake and gear adjustments for 12 months.

All faulty products are to be returned to and assessed by Reid Cycles. If the product is deemed faulty, a brand new replacement parts will be given. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, accidents or ‘wear and tear’ of the product. Routine servicing is not covered under warranty. For long distance customers photo's of faulty parts can be sent and replacement parts will be sent out at Reid Cycles expense.
