Reid's Road to the Melburn Roobaix - Part Three - Race Day Report
The Melburn Roobaix is often blessed with great weather, despite being smack back in the middle of Melbourne's winter. Not this time.
The weather forecast was rain and a top of 13-degrees. For once, the Bureau nailed that report. It was cold and it was wet. That didn't dampen the spirits of our hardy riders, though!
We may not have made it through all the cobblestone segments, and we may have spent more time eating, drinking and being merry than we did grinding through the rain, but a good day was had by all.
Check out some photos from the day here.
