AZUR Alloy Rear Pannier Rack - Frame Mount

For a strictly limited time, we're saving you even more by delivering bikes & orders over $75 FREE OF CHARGE!

If you're getting into commuting, fitness or just looking for a reliable, fun way to get around, you should take a very close look at the Condor! Available in flat bar and drop bar models!

  • The Condor Flat Bar is a fun, fast and frugal way to get riding for fitness and commuting!
  • The 14-speed Shimano Tourney drivetrain is durable, reliable and easy to use!
  • Quando quick-release hubs with double-wall alloy rims give you light, strong wheels.

If you decide to upgrade to a carbon fibre racing machine later, you'll still love the Condor as a commuter, tourer, shopper or pub bike!

The aluminium alloy frame is light and stiff, while the steel fork gives vertical compliance for improved comfort, feel and durability. The shape of the bike puts you in a commanding, upright position for visibility of the road ahead and the traffic around you.

It has rear rack mounts, so you can easily install a rack to carry panniers, baskets or simply strap on your own bag. The threaded headset allow you to easily adjust the height of the handlebars as well. You can adjust it up to suit quick commutes and shopping runs or lower it for a more aerodynamic position for epic road rides. The frame comes in four sizes so you can get a perfect fit.

Bikes at this price point often feature an odd assortment of cheap, no-name components, but not the Condor. We carefully chose a package of parts that gives the best reliability and performance, while still keeping the price ultra affordable. The 12-speed gears come from Shimano, the biggest name in bike parts. The dual-pivot brakes are from Promax, another big name. Dual-pivot means that instead of old-fashioned brake calipers that lever off the central bolt, the brakes lever off two separate pivot points, increasing the braking power, feel and control. It also makes them easy to maintain and adjust. The wheels are double-walled aluminium alloy, so they're light and strong. We've chosen Kenda road race tyres in a standard 23c size. This means that they're durable and fast-rolling, with plenty of grip and control. The chain comes from KMC, one of the biggest and most highly respected chain manufacturers in the world. Other key features include the sealed bearings in the bottom bracket for minimal maintenance and the quick-release hubs on the wheels.

The Reid Cycles Condor is definitely the best value road bike in Australia under $300.

Superb Value-For-Money Review by Nigel
Bought a secondhand Condor for $100, then upgraded to some slightly better wheels & Gatorskin tyres.

After 3 years of hard riding and (perhaps way too many) gutter-jumps the frame cracked but my sentiments haven't changed at all: the Condor was very reliable, surprisingly light and quite rugged.

I've since upgraded slightly to a Reid CX but if I was on a budget, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Condor.

Awesome all round Review by Adam H.
I haven't owned a bike for years and have decided this will be the way I will get off my arse and do some exercise.

However, I still know a good bike when I ride one and definitely know good service when I get it.

The shop; the service I received at the Adelaide shop was fantastic. There was no feeling of reduced service just because I was buying an entry level model and the advice was great. Then when I went to pick it up the service guy went to enth degree to make sure it was set up properly for me and everything was spot on. Highly recommend!

The bike; this bike is fast. I was surprised at the weight, the strength and the overall quality for the money. The gears are smooth, the build is solid and it really is a pleasure to ride.

Do not buy a crappy department store bike! Spend the extra few bucks and get some quality value for money.

Good value for money, excellent customer service Review by Nesh
Just bought a Reid Condor flat bar bike from the North Melbourne store and I'm very happy with the quality of the bike so far.

The service at Reid North Melbourne store was excellent. I did some test runs with several bikes before buying this one and the staff was very helpful.

There was an issues with the clip less pedals I bought with this bike and they gave me a refund with no fuss. Bought some more accessories from them with that.

It's still too early for me to say anything about the durability of the bike but I think this bike is good value for money, and their customer service is great.

Great performer, excellent value for money Review by Steve
I purchased Condor last week and immediately ridden back all way to Bonbeach. Great performer, not a single issue, even after riding on dirt road. I really feel sorry for those guys spending 2000% more for maybe 50% better bikes. Even if their bikes are 100% better than Reid (which they are not), would it really justify spending 2000% more ?

I laugh watching those guys carrying bikes on their shoulders over the small patch of dirt road, which I easily ride and don't get me wrong I am not careless! I simply use and enjoy my bike with the freedom !

At the end of the day, everything depends on the Rider (with the big R) !

The only cons with this bike I see is the aesthetics and I would suggest to introduce other colours as Black&white can sometimes be boring... and yes please make that German eagle a little bit smaller :)

Finally, to all fellow riders, it really doesn't matter what bike you use as bike which is used is always better than the one which is collecting the dust in the shed !

Cheers & Greetings from Bonbeach

Last minute walk in Review by Rome_3
I've been pushing my mate to get a bike for some time now. Ever since my second hand purchase of a Reid Condor (got it for 150), Reid has always since been a great alternative from the big brand names.

So my mate and I walk in to the Reid Brisbane store 10 minutes before closing looking to pick up x226 MTB. We were allowed to test 3 bikes and got the wheels changed on the bike he choose and picked all the he wanted and all within minutes shortly after close. (7pm was closing time)

Servers we great, considering we walked in last minute.

The X226 MTB ($270) quality was in fact just as good as my name branded Merida Matts 20 ($600) MTB, the only real difference is your paying twice the price for disc brakes. Great price for was you get for a MTB.

I’ve been riding on my Reid Condor drop bar rode bike for about 3 months now, rides from Brisbane to Sunnybank (about 6 times of a distance about 17kms)for a cheap bike it’s doing better than I expected. Even rides MT Cott-tha, wasn’t easy but again the cheap bike made it. Looking forwarded to upgrading my Rode bike to a Ospray elite or Falco Advanced. Highly recommend.
