What is the delivery time on an order?
Orders for in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours, and are typically received 3-4 days after dispatch. All orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse and you will receive a tracking email once the order has been dispatched. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas please allow a few extra days for delivery. Please also consider that certain periods of the year are seasonably busy and deliveries may be delayed slightly longer at these times. How much does it cost for bike delivery?
Delivery is free to most urban areas, but there can be a cost depending on the size of the bike and how far from our distribution center the delivery address is. To find out how much this may be, please add the product(s) you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. There you can enter your delivery address and get confirmation. Please note that bikes are delivered 85% assembled, and will require some assembly. An alternative to this is to opt for 'Click and Collect' (from one of our stores), and the bike will be built by our mechanics ready for you to ride out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped your invoice will be updated with all of the tracking information that you need to see where your goods are in transit. This is automatically emailed to you the day it leaves our warehouse.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
All items on our website are in stock, unless stated otherwise. If there is a particular size or colour bike with (call for availability) next to it, that means we are currenlty out of stock online, but it's likely we still have stock in our stores. In this instance, we recommend calling our customer service team on (03) 9329 1222 or emailing email@example.com.
What are your opening hours?
All stores are OPEN 6 DAYS (closed Monday), however opening hours vary from day to day. For all store opening hours, click here.
Do you wholesale to other bike shops?
No. We only sell via our national network of Reid Cycles stores and on our website. However, we do sell to retailers overseas. For more inforation about that, please visit reidbikes.com.
How long is the warranty on your bikes?
All Reid cycles come with a LIFETIME warranty on the frame and regid forks, including carbon fibre. We also offer a 2 warranty on all parts. This is Australia's best bike warranty. Find out more here.
I have a warranty claim, what should I do?
If your bicycle was purchased in one of our stores, please take it in for them to inspect. If the warranty claim is genuine and meets the terms of the agreement, we will repair or replace with new right away. If the bicycle was purchased online, please take photos of the fault, and send along with an explanation of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I get my free servicing?
To take advantage of our 12 months free servicing offer, please call your nearest store to book in a service or book online here. There is normally a 24 hour turn-around time. For bikes purchased online, we cannot come out to service your bike at any other location - they must be taken to a store.

How do I get in touch with your marketing department?
We look after our marketing in-house. If you have an enquiry, would like to use any images or want to borrow bikes for a photoshoot please email email@example.com.
