Customer Reviews

great bike Review by martin
Bought a white Reid Harrier just as a cheap fun bike. Definitely meets that criteria. Found it to be a very light nimble and well balanced. Awesome fun to ride. (Posted on 21/07/2015)
Attention to detail Review by Darwin
After an awful experience with Cityfixie but thats another story. I came rushing to REID to buy a bike, The Harrier is a great bike, Reid is obviously in tune with what their customer need in a bike. Its quality is amazing given the price and its a pleasure to ride. If your after a bike under $500, this is it. (Posted on 28/05/2015)
Great bike Review by chrisf
Looking for a single speed for a while, I had seen a few on Gumtree but none with a large frame.
We went to the Balcatta WA store at 3pm last Sunday picked out an orange Harrier custom. I had black wheels and black flat bars fitted, left the store at 3.30pm with bike and extras.
I rode the 40km ride home with no problems, since then have ridden a total of 200kms and love the bike. The colour combination is great, the only thing I may change is the seat for a gel one. My opinion is...Great bike and great service from the Balcatta store.

Really cool bike. Review by lulu
I'm a kiwi who has just bought the Reid Harrier aqua blue. It is fantastic the colours are perfect and the bike rides amazingly. the only thing that was not great was the grips. But they are easily replaced so all in all this bike is amazing and I would recommend it to any of my friends. (Posted on 13/06/2014)
Exceptional service, beautiful bike. Review by Christie
Reid Cycles provided me with exceptional service and knowledge when I went in to purchase my bike in North Melbourne. After searching online for quite some time I decided to visit Reid Cycles as their prices were much more affordable than any other bike I had seen. I test rode a number of bikes before choosing the Harrier and am so incredibly impressed! I'm convinced it is the best thing that I've ever bought. My mum was also so amazed that she is heading into Reid as soon as she moves to Melbourne to buy herself one.

Thank you for making me a very happy cyclist Reid. Xxx

Harrier is good. Review by T_Jerry
I purchased a Reid harrier. It was really cheap compared to other brands around Melbourne, which sat well with my limited budget, it was sturdy and the free accessories were a great throw in! So far it is still good and the simplicity makes it easy to service myself and fun to ride. (Posted on 10/04/2014)
I cant rate it anything but 5 stars Review by Jimdog
I'm a kiwi customer who has just bought the harrier in chrome. You cant get anything as remotely cool or as remotely cheap over here, makes me wonder how the heck they make em for that!! cannot fault the bike for the price..... looking on here just seems like Reid are absolutely killing it in terms of the product that they are offering hence why all the stores seem so busy... every one just needs to calm down and realize that at the end of the day they are just trying to satisfy the demand which seems to be outta control. Maybe cut them some slack. Im definitely a happy customer and i know that i have all my friends lining up to purchase reids. (Posted on 10/04/2014)
Love Reid Cycles Review by Jan Malcolm
Fantastic service…arrived within a week and was exactly what I wanted…my bike gives me the opportunity to take quick trips to the local shops for groceries and I can now take rides with my two boys who think it's pretty cool their mum has wheels. I am totally happy and my husband is now buying a harrier! (Posted on 10/04/2014)
Amazing service and price Review by Kurtyboy92
Went into Melbourne shop to buy a fixie because 2 of my flat mates have them and was super impressed with the service by Michael He sorted me out a Harrier and swapped over the tyres and wheels within half an hour. Thought I would have to wait. Just went for a ride and am wrapped! Rides better than anything else I have ridden under $1000 and hot it with a helmet for $360! Bargain of the year. Don't understand the bad reviews?! (Posted on 10/04/2014)

Reid Cycles ships bikes, parts and accessories anywhere in Australia!

Free shipping of bikes is available to most metropolitan and some regional areas. We also combined shipping wherever possible to keep the price down. Once you have one or more items in your cart, view your cart, pop your postcode in and we'll give you the combined shipping price. We are currently unable to ship to overseas addresses, please contact our customer services team to enquire about distributors in your area.

We aim to keep the price as low as possible by shipping smaller items for free if they can be shipped with larger items. Helmets, shoes and parts most often ship for free with your new bike!

Remember that bikes are shipped boxed, and 85% assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears. We recommend that the assembly is done by a qualified bike mechanic or other suitably qualified person. Damage caused by incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty.

Orders for items that are currently in stock are usually despatched within 1 to 2 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been despatched. Certain periods of the year are seasonably busy, with much higher volumes than normal. At these times, we still aim to despatch within 1 to 2 days, but deliveries may take a little longer due to our couriers' workload.

It's always best to send to an address that always has someone in attendance, such as a business address. You may also want to give our courier an 'authority to leave' instruction, which is an instruction to say that there is a safe place leave to delivery, even if there is no one there to take delivery. Only give us an 'authority to leave' if you're confident that the delivery will be safe. Otherwise, the courier can leave a 'sorry we missed you' card, allowing you to arrange redelivery.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

In Store Collection in one of our stores is always free! Your bike comes fully assembly, adjusted and ready to go. You can order online for pickup in store.
