How to Guides

Reid Cycles has stores in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide where you can collect fully assembled bikes ready to roll. We want to share the love across Australia, so we also provide shipping anywhere in Australia. Shipping one of our bikes to most metropolitan areas is free, with shipping regional and rural areas provided at a discounted rate. Check out our shipping page for more information.

With all shipped bikes, some assembly is required. They come in a box, around 80% assembled, to prevent damage during transit. We recommend that the assembly is done by a bike mechanic or other suitably qualified person, as damage caused by incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty. However, assembling a bike is quite easy and fun.
