    The product was out of stock so I received an alternative U-lock after and a refund for the balance.

    However, the U-lock opening/closing mechanism is clumsy and most times it takes a few movements with the key to lock/unlock. That is anoying.

    The lock holder doesn't fit around the frame of my bike, which makes this useless. I now have to carry the bike lock with me
