Improved kit on a fast and light frame - the Reid MTB Pro Disc WSD introduces some nice upgrades to better explore your local trails on a Women Specific Mountain Bike.
WSD or Women Specific Design is an approach to building bikes that considers female proportions to produce a bike more suited to a female rider.
\nWith a lightweight Women’s mountain bike frame and Shimano gearing for speed, backed up by a 100mm suspension fork with lockout and disc brakes for control. This bike offers small improvements in critical areas to further help Women explore the world of Mountain Bike riding.
\nA great value all-rounder if you want one bike to get around the city, ride river paths and also get on the trails. The MTB Pro Disc WSD does the same reliable job as the Sport Disc WSD when things get rough - only better.
\nThe Pro Disc WSD frame is a lightweight 6061 hydroformed alloy with versatile cross-country geometry, a shorter reach and a stand-over top tube shape for easy manoeuvrability and handling. Featuring mounts for a rear rack and drink bottle, you can set this bike up to perform many duties. A 100mm travel suspension fork up front smooths out the path ahead, while the added lockout feature will be appreciated when you want to climb with maximum efficiency
\nWith improved Tektro MD-280 mechanical disc brakes, you are assured of reliable stopping power and control - even when riding in mud, dirt and wet conditions. Shimano Tourney 3x8 gearing gives a wider range to cover even more extremes when riding. This setup is a proven workhorse for light and reliable every-day operation.
\nCoupled with 27.5 x 2.1” knobby Mountain Bike tyres, this setup gives you the control and confidence you need to further challenge yourself off-road. Additional features include Mountain Bike specific tyres on tough double-wall alloy rims, quick release hubs and a comfortable Women Specific saddle - this WSD mountain bike is ready to roll.
\nOur range of Mountain Bikes all come with the industry leading Lifetime Frame Warranty, 2 years on parts and Two Free Services within 12 months of purchase at any Reid store. Visit our stores to try the bikes or shop online for our 30 Day Test Ride to guarantee you get a great deal.

Shipping
We offer a base shipping rate from $39.99 per bike to most of Australia. Orders containing kids bikes 20" and under will receive a discounted delivery rate at checkout. For orders containing only parts and accessories, we offer a flat rate of $9.99. Click here for more information regarding shipping.
Pre-Order
How do we know a bike is available for pre-order?
It's easy! Instead of seeing an 'Add to Cart' button on the product page, the button will read as 'Pre-Order'. It will also have text below the button with the estimated day of arrival at our Melbourne warehouse.
Is the estimated warehouse arrival date accurate?
After considering off all shipment processes and facts, we arrive at an estimated date. However, on occasion there may be factors outside of our control, which can cause subsequent delays - in which case, we will notify you accordingly.
What happens once my bike arrives at the warehouse?
Once it arrives, our warehouse team prepare your order and get this ready to send off with our delivery partners. This process generally takes 1-3 working days. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.
Click & Collect
Collection from one of our stores is always free! When collected in-store, your bike comes fully assembled by an experienced Reid Cycles mechanic, adjusted, and ready to go. Once your bike is ready for collection, our store team will be in contact with you. Please allow 5-10 working days (allow extra time for Perth store) after purchase to receive communication that your bike is ready to be picked up. For more information, please click here.
Bike Assembly
Remember that bikes are shipped boxed, and 85% are assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle, adjusting the brakes, and tuning the gears. We recommend that the assembly is done by a qualified bike mechanic or another suitably qualified person. Damage caused by an incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty. Please see our 'How to guides ' for assembly instructions if you do choose to assemble a bike yourself.

A Lifetime Warranty on all rigid forks (excluding our carbon fibre range)

A 2-year Warranty on all other non-consumable components
For our eScooters, we offer a 1-year Warranty on any manufacturing issues/faults
For eBike components - 1 year or 5000kms (whichever comes first). Commercial use is excluded from this warranty.

Bike Servicing
When should I get my bike serviced?
As a general rule of thumb, Reid recommends you get your new bike serviced after 6 weeks of riding for adjustments as parts bed in. Following this, it makes sense to at least get a service Pre-Summer and Pre-Winter.
How do I receive my two free services?
Reid Cycles offers all of our new bike customers two free workshop services within the first 12 months of ownership. These free services are for the original owner of the bike only. Redeem these services at your local Reid Store.
What is included in my free services?
Brake adjustment, Gear adjustment (front and rear), Lubricate chain, Tyres inflated to recommended PSI, Brake pad adjustment, Check and tighten bolts, Headset check and adjust, & Suggested maintenance report.
Which Reid stores offer workshop servicing?
All of our stores have a workshop to help with all your bike needs. Just make sure you contact the store in advance to book in.
