Built on our popular Urban platform but with the added performance of disc brakes, the Urban X1 is a fast and feature-packed all-round city bike.
Choosing discs gives you uncompromised stopping power and control - even when the conditions are wet.
This versatile bike is built on a new lightweight hydroformed 6061 alloy frame with internal cabling; and features all the mounts you need to rig your ride with fenders, mudguards and pannier racks for luggage.
A reliable Shimano 24-speed drivetrain with upgraded Altus rear derailleur provides even more range to climb hills confidently, shift smoothly and get up to even more speed when you push it.
The Urban X1 is equipped with trusted Tektro mechanical disc brakes for confidence-inspiring control.
Running on wide 35 millimetre Kenda tyres fitted to double wall alloy rims with quick release hubs; the Urban X1 is built to withstand the rigours of urban riding on less-than-perfect roads, while giving you a fast and sure-footed ride.
This bike is available in both unisex or a step-through WSD frame design. WSD or Women Specific Design is an approach to building bikes that considers female proportions to produce a bike more suited to a female rider.

Home Delivery
Our bikes are shipped in a box 85% assembled and require basic assembly, like turning handlebars and inserting pedals. Check out our Assembly Videos that give instructions on how to do this.
