You automatically get a free Bronze Level Service within 6 months when you buy a new bike from Reid Cycles. For extended professional bike care at an unbeatable price, we recommend purchasing a Service Plan.
Choose your level of cover:
- Service Plan Starter - 3 additional services within 2 years of purchase.
- Service Plan Plus - 6 additional services within 3 years of purchase (plus a Home Care Kit valued at $85 which includes an 8-piece Maintenance Tool Kit, bottle of Rock n' Roll Gold chain lubrication and Krush Rapid Wash).
This offer is only available at the time of purchasing the bike and only available to the original purchaser of the plan. The level of work included in this plan is equivalent to our Bronze Level Servicing.
Each Bike Service includes:
- Brake adjustment
- Gear adjustment (Front & Rear)
- Lubricate chain
- Tyres inflated to recommended PSI
- Brake pad adjustment
- Check & tighten bolts
- Headset check & adjust
- Suggested maintenance report
Please note: Workshop service pricing does not include parts or additional labour beyond Bronze Level to fix identified issues. You will be given a quote to approve before this work is done.
