Australia's best value hydraulic disc trail bike just got better with an upgraded XCM suspension fork! Built for true trail performance and designed in collaboration with elite cross country and trail riders, Reid brings you the Xenon – the most capable trail bike in it’s class!

A mix of trail optimised geometry and high spec components give an incredible ride for flowing singletrack and epic bush adventures.

With a whole host of top end features never seen at this price point before, the 2015 Xenon is trail ready and available for test ride now!

  • Tektro HD-330 hydraulic disc brakes provide unbeatable stopping power when you need it most, and offer significantly better breaking than standard V brakes and mechanical disc brakes
  • The 2015 Xenon features a 6061 smooth welded, trail ready alloy frame with carefully chosen double butted tubing to enhance stiffness and reduce weight where it matters. This results in a superior ride, and when coupled with Suntour’s new XCM magnesium 100mm suspension fork, it will eat up the bumps and glide through the berms
  • With 27 speed gearing from Shimano’s Acera range, you are sure to be able to find the right gear no matter how steep the climb, or how fast the descent
  • NEW UPGRADED FORK: XCM (HLO-DS) 100mm travel fork features hydraulic lock-out and pre-load adjust plus thicker stanchions for more precise control on the trails.

The 2015 Reid Xenon is the best value bike in the trail category, with most brands offering similarly specified bikes at much higher prices. With only limited stock available, come in for a test ride now so you don’t miss out.

NOTE: This bike features disc brakes. All disc brake pads need to be “ridden in” to deglaze and align the pad before they will operate at their best.

Awesome bikes, value and service is just the beginning. There are loads more reasons to choose Reid Cycles, find out here.

Excellent value for money Review by Danny
Great bike have done 700 km on bike already no issues at all very easy to ride on the trails. (Posted on 2/05/2016)
Awesome Review by Dissin
Bought the bike after the positive reviews and a quick test ride from the store.

Only gripe is the handle grips....could be a tad better. Seems to flex or twist very slightly when intensly riding. Perhaps if using gloves it might be better.

5/5 bike!

Easy to ride on and off road, 29er's are the best Review by moe
I normally never bother to take the time to write reviews on things, but with this bike I just felt that I had to.
I went researching for a new bike a few months ago, and this was the first one I test rode. After numerous more test rides on similar but much more expensive bikes like Giant, specialised, trek and Merida, I could honestly say that I did not get the same feel that I did from this Xenon ,so I came back 4 weeks later and test rode the bike again at Reid in Glebe. At the time ,they had it on sale for $550, my mind was made . For the price and the feel of this bike , I knew that I made the right choice.I have been riding it daily to work now for the past 6 weeks, and so far so good , very happy with the choice I made.

pros; very good build quality for the price,
comfortable riding position.
great customer service from the team at Reid in Glebe,

cons: no chain guard
handle grips are not the best
seat a little too hard

Excellent Price and better than any of my friends bike that are much more expensive. Review by Ben
Excellent gear shift, nice and smooth with a quick edgy change when neefed most climbing some of the steep hills you will encounter on the tracks. This was the first time ever on disc brakes and I must say 'Wow' for the price they are amazing brakes. (Posted on 7/07/2015)
Unbeatable value Review by Trev
5 stars all round for value as I did a lot of homework and nothing compares in same specs for price.
Delivery was quick, ordered Sunday delivered Wednesday.
Have done a couple of decent rides, so far all good.
Thanks Reid Cycles.

best bike ever Review by michael
this bike is awesome never had hyd brakes before amazing control on bush tracks, daughter and wife want one as well. (Posted on 31/10/2014)
loved it!! Review by extremekid
I recently bought one of these weapons to enduro on. Let me just say that this is the finest piece of machinery I have ever owned. And I have owned a lot of huffys, so I don't say that lightly!
the geometry and stiffness are out of this world and while I haven't been able to bunny-hop or wheelie this beast yet, I hope to soon. I reckon that with a bit of practice I might even be able to do a jump soon. Next year I am going to enter all the gravity enduro races and I hope to do the inside-line dh series on it too. I'm pretty sure that I'm going to win.
my only complaint is that it is a bit hard to service and speaking as a professional bike mechanic and engineer, I think they could do some things a bit better.

Great value. Quality package well put together. Review by Prawny
Looked long and hard but could not find anything with same spec or quality for anywhere near the price. Smooth riding, smooth changing - what else would you need? Long term durability is the only unknown factor but looking good so far. (Posted on 30/08/2014)
Excellent value for specs Review by Phil
Couldn't even consider second hand at this price very happy with its performance, mine is a large, love the brakes. (Posted on 25/08/2014)

Reid Cycles ships bikes, parts and accessories anywhere in Australia!

Free shipping of bikes is available to most metropolitan and some regional areas. We also combined shipping wherever possible to keep the price down. Once you have one or more items in your cart, view your cart, pop your postcode in and we'll give you the combined shipping price. We are currently unable to ship to overseas addresses, please contact our customer services team to enquire about distributors in your area.

We aim to keep the price as low as possible by shipping smaller items for free if they can be shipped with larger items. Helmets, shoes and parts most often ship for free with your new bike!

Remember that bikes are shipped boxed, and 85% assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears. We recommend that the assembly is done by a qualified bike mechanic or other suitably qualified person. Damage caused by incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty.

Orders for items that are currently in stock are usually despatched within 1 to 2 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once the order has been despatched. Certain periods of the year are seasonably busy, with much higher volumes than normal. At these times, we still aim to despatch within 1 to 2 days, but deliveries may take a little longer due to our couriers' workload.

It's always best to send to an address that always has someone in attendance, such as a business address. You may also want to give our courier an 'authority to leave' instruction, which is an instruction to say that there is a safe place leave to delivery, even if there is no one there to take delivery. Only give us an 'authority to leave' if you're confident that the delivery will be safe. Otherwise, the courier can leave a 'sorry we missed you' card, allowing you to arrange redelivery.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

In Store Collection in one of our stores is always free! Your bike comes fully assembly, adjusted and ready to go. You can order online for pickup in store.
