We are super excited to announce that Reid Cycles is coming back to Brisbane. Our new store is opening on Friday 9th August and is located at 1/212 Logan Rd, Woolloongabba.
We chose the Logan rd location because we have customers all over Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Woolloongabba is a great central location that is easy to get to by car/bike/bus and train as Buranda station is only 100m away.
In May 2017, we decided to close our old store in Bowen Hills as well as other stores around the country. The stores we had were far too big(and expensive) for what we needed and the high costs made it difficult to pass great savings on to our customers.
So the last few years we have been restructuring to have smaller stores that are easier and more cost-effective to run. The new store format means we can pass amazing savings onto our customers 365 days per year.
The Brisbane store now joins our Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth stores meaning the majority of people in Australia can now visit a Reid Cycles store.
We get calls and emails every day asking “when are you coming back to Brisbane”. We are so happy to say “that time is now”.
For Reid, we are very strong online and we strongly believe it’s important to have physical stores especially with an item like a bike.
We know a bike is a personal item that people want to look at, touch and most importantly test ride before they purchase. Also to know they have somewhere to go for expert advice and servicing.
