The final date for getting your bike sorted for Christmas this year depends on a few things – where you live and if you want the bike delivered to your home or collected built from our stores in Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.
If you are collecting from a store, you need to be sure we have your chosen bike available at that location. If yes, we may need to build it for you. If no, we may be able to transfer it from our Melbourne warehouse. You can check this information on each product page once you have chosen your colour and size.
As always at this time of year, the best advice is to order NOW if you want your bike before Christmas. That bike you’ve got your eye on may sell out, or there is always the risk of disruptions in Australia's transport networks leading to delays – an especially common issue for anyone living in WA.

Do you guarantee pre-Xmas delivery?
When your chosen bike is in stock, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours (1 business day). Once your order is collected by the Courier though, we can’t guarantee their delivery timeframes. There are just so many things that can happen at this time of year that could cause a delay. We will however provide tracking details for you to monitor the shipments journey to your door.
The estimated timeframes given are as provided by our Couriers to set expectations. These timeframes are based on their current average delivery times.
Why is Express Click & Collect more expensive that Standard?
This is to cover the cost of paying for an Express Courier service to get your chosen bike from our Melbourne warehouse to your nearest store to then be built. This will save you 2-3 days of waiting but does incur a cost.

What hours are you open?
Our stores are open every day from now until Christmas. In addition to our stores being open seven days a week, we're offering late-night trading until 7pm on Thursdays for pickups and in-store purchases.
Why are Click and Collect cut off dates earlier than delivery?
The festive season is our busiest time of year and our team have a lot of bikes to build. We need to add a few extra days for Click and Collect so we have time to transfer your order from our Melbourne warehouse and then for the team to build it and have it ready for you.
Will I get a pre-order bike before Christmas?
If your bike is out of stock but shows a ‘Pre-Order’ option and an estimated arrival date, you can order this bike. Please allow an additional 7-10 days after the estimated arrival date for home delivery.
