The perfect lightweight entry into road riding, fast commuting or fitness rides for those who prefer a flat-bar configuration. If you're on a budget or just getting started with road riding, the Rapid flat-bar road bike is the way to go.
Built around a proven alloy frame to keep the weight low, with the addition of a steel fork to soak up road vibration.
With a versatile upright road geometry, this is a comfortable bike that affords the rider good visibility when commuting or riding in the city.
The Rapid flat-bar road bike features a flat handlebar for riders who are familiar with this style of bike; or prefer this setup for a more upright position or easier control at slow speeds in traffic.
Striking a balance between performance, reliability and value-for-money requires careful specification choices. Shimano Tourney shifters and derailleurs are unbeatable at this pricepoint and will provide years of faithful service.
Promax Dual-Pivot Caliper Brakes offer great stopping ability. Dual-pivot means that instead of old-fashioned brake calipers that lever off the central bolt, the brakes lever off two separate pivot points, increasing the braking power, feel and control.
To finish this quality value-priced road bike, the Rapid runs on lightweight double-wall alloy rims with Quando quick-release hubs and Kenda 23c road tyres for a fast-rolling ride.
Key Features:
- Flat handlebar for riders who are more familiar with this style of bike or prefer it for city riding.

Not bad
Perfect but the derailer was noisy, had to fix it right out of the box. Great for the price otherwise. Shipped pretty quick to country Vic.
