\nDesigned for riders who are looking for a quality entry to the world of Mountain Biking on proper trails, singletrack, and XC; the Tract range brings the most up-to-date standards in MTB geometry and specification at this price point.
\nLight, fast, and designed for a confidence-inspiring ride, the Tract hydroformed double-butted alloy frame features slacker angles and a low-slung top tube for maneuverability and control in corners and descents. Geometry and spec choices on this bike were made specifically for off-road and trail performance.
\nWell balanced and dialled for all-around riding - this bike climbs, descends, and covers cross-country distance with ease. With internal gear cabling and rigged with mounts for a drink bottle, rear rack, and kickstand; you can set this bike up to perform many duties.
\nThe lightweight and easily adjustable SR Suntour XCM32 100mm travel suspension fork give smooth control over broken ground and enough bounce to soak up the hits. The hydraulic lock-out feature will be appreciated by riders looking to maximize efficiency on big climbs or long hauls over flat ground.
\n29-inch wheels are the modern standard for Mountain Biking and getting on a 29er has never been as accessible as the Tract. 29 x 2.35” Kenda MTB tyres coupled with durable double-wall alloy rims will hold the ground for a fast and responsive ride.

Shipping
We offer a base shipping rate from $39.99 per bike to most of Australia. Orders containing kids bikes 20" and under will receive a discounted delivery rate at checkout. For orders containing only parts and accessories, we offer a flat rate of $9.99. Click here for more information regarding shipping.
Pre-Order
How do we know a bike is available for pre-order?
It's easy! Instead of seeing an 'Add to Cart' button on the product page, the button will read as 'Pre-Order'. It will also have text below the button with the estimated day of arrival at our Melbourne warehouse.
Is the estimated warehouse arrival date accurate?
After considering off all shipment processes and facts, we arrive at an estimated date. However, on occasion there may be factors outside of our control, which can cause subsequent delays - in which case, we will notify you accordingly.
What happens once my bike arrives at the warehouse?
Once it arrives, our warehouse team prepare your order and get this ready to send off with our delivery partners. This process generally takes 1-3 working days. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.
Click & Collect
Collection from one of our stores is always free! When collected in-store, your bike comes fully assembled by an experienced Reid Cycles mechanic, adjusted, and ready to go. Once your bike is ready for collection, our store team will be in contact with you. Please allow 5-10 working days (allow extra time for Perth store) after purchase to receive communication that your bike is ready to be picked up. For more information, please click here.
Bike Assembly
Remember that bikes are shipped boxed, and 85% are assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle, adjusting the brakes, and tuning the gears. We recommend that the assembly is done by a qualified bike mechanic or another suitably qualified person. Damage caused by an incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty. Please see our 'How to guides ' for assembly instructions if you do choose to assemble a bike yourself.

Bike Servicing
When should I get my bike serviced?
As a general rule of thumb, Reid recommends you get your new bike serviced after 6 weeks of riding for adjustments as parts bed in. Following this, it makes sense to at least get a service Pre-Summer and Pre-Winter.
How do I receive my two free services?
Reid Cycles offers all of our new bike customers two free workshop services within the first 12 months of ownership. These free services are for the original owner of the bike only. Redeem these services at your local Reid Store.
What is included in my free services?
Brake adjustment, Gear adjustment (front and rear), Lubricate chain, Tyres inflated to recommended PSI, Brake pad adjustment, Check and tighten bolts, Headset check and adjust, & Suggested maintenance report.
Which Reid stores offer workshop servicing?
All of our stores have a workshop to help with all your bike needs. Just make sure you contact the store in advance to book in.
