Home Delivery
Our bikes are shipped in a box 85% assembled and require basic assembly, like turning handlebars and inserting pedals. Check out our Assembly Videos that give instructions on how to do this.

Since January 2020 we have worked with not-for-profit reforestation partners to donate enough money to pay a local person a fair wage to grow, plant and guard to maturity 1 native tree for every bike we sell.
We've now planted more than 395,000 trees and counting.

Perfect Right Out of The Box
Delivery was a breeze all the way from Victoria to Bathurst NSW. I pulled the bike out and all the parts you need to get it set up are included. I'm experienced with bicycle setups and mechanics, but anyone without experience wouldn't have an issue. The indexing was perfect and no adjustments were needed.s. All in all, for the price and being a kid's bike, its great value.

Pretty bike, a shame about the construction
Received the bike very promptly but issues arose when it was put together. The stem to which the handlebars had to be attached, was on quite crookedly so the handlebars were off set and not perpendicular to the body of the bike. To undo the stem was impossible as it was done up far too tightly. We took it to a professional bike repair shop and they told us one of the attaching screws was broken inside the stem. It cost $80 for them to fix the problem. I would have come back to you regarding this problem but I knew you were over in WA and we needed the bike to be available for our little girl’s 6th birthday. Not ideal!
the perfect kids bike
this was the third bike I purchased from Reid for my kids (all girls). this was definitely the best of all three purchases. really hard wearing and simple to use for an 8 year old. Value for money was exceptional, I could have saved a bit and got a cheaper bike online but I would have been fixing it all the time like past bikes I purchased prior to these three.
