FLAT BAR GRAVEL REDEFINED
The DSX is the entry-level all-rounder in Marin’s flat bar gravel range—ideal for riders who want one bike for commutes, fitness rides, and weekend exploration. It delivers confident handling, reliable gearing, and a fast-rolling 700c setup—without the higher price of carbon and high-end drivetrains. Whether you're starting your gravel journey or just want a solid everyday machine, this is it.
LIGHTWEIGHT FRAMESET
At the heart of the DSX is a Series 2 6061 aluminium frame with modern gravel geometry, internal cable routing, and clearance for up to 45mm tyres. It’s matched with a tough CrMo steel fork that offers ride-smoothing compliance and practical mounts for racks and fenders—making it equally ready for paved paths or rough backroads.
MARIN QUALITY
Marin has been designing bikes for the everyday explorer for decades, and the DSX Base carries that DNA. With integrated disc brakes, rack and fender mounts, and a build that balances durability and performance, it’s made to go the distance—whether you're riding to work or chasing the weekend.
MICROSHIFT ADVENT 1X9 DRIVETRAIN
Designed for riders who want reliable shifting without complexity, MicroSHIFT’s Advent 9-speed drivetrain pairs a clutch-equipped rear derailleur with a wide 11–46T cassette. It offers smooth, stable gear changes and enough range for climbs, commutes, and gravel detours alike.
TEKTRO HDM275 HYDRAULIC BRAKES
With consistent power and a compact design, Tektro’s HDM275 brakes bring true hydraulic performance to entry-level bikes. They offer confident stopping in all conditions and a light lever feel that keeps you in control on descents or in traffic.
WTB RIDDLER 700X45MM TYRES
Fast and efficient on tarmac with the grip to hold lines on loose gravel, WTB’s Riddlers are the ideal all-rounders. Their 45mm width gives you a stable, comfortable ride whether you're on smooth bike paths or unpaved backroads.

Buy One, Plant One
Since January 2020 we have worked with not-for-profit reforestation partners to donate enough money to pay a local person a fair wage to grow, plant and guard to maturity 1 native tree for every bike we sell.
We've now planted more than 400,000 trees and counting!
