Kids Bike Review - Stuff Mum's Like

Parents love our kids bikes, just as much as kids do! Elana Clark of Stuff Mum’s Like gives a Real Mum Review of our kids bikes. Read on to find out what Elana, her son Nathan and his best friend Tully thought of our Boy’s Vintage Roadster and Girl’s Classic Vintage.

Building the bike

Nathan was ecstatic to receive his new bike in the mail. With his mini tool kit and a little assistance from Dad, Nathan loved building his new Boy’s Vintage Roadster. Elana said this was a great bonding experience for the boys.

So much to love

Both kids and parents love that the Reid kids bikes are just junior-versions of the adult vintage bikes - with all the same parts and components scaled down for little riders.

A lot of kids these days start with balance bikes - bikes without pedals - that are designed to help little ones learn to balance before graduating to their first real bike. However, Nathan was never interested in them. He went straight to a kids bike with training wheels and felt extremely confident seeing the Boys Vintage Roadster came with training wheels too.

Out and about

While on a camping holiday, Nathan and best friend Tully, enjoyed the cutest bike ride alongside the nearby lake. Nathan loved that he finally had a boys vintage kids bike to match Tully’s Girls Classic Vintage Bike. The bikes were an absolute hit with the kids and Nathan’s younger brother Leo can’t wait till he is tall enough to ride his!
