How fast will I receive my bike?
Express means a faster courier to get the bike to store for building. BALCATTA (Standard 8-10 days, Express 4-6 days). Not available for RICHMOND as this is delivered quickly in our own vehicle anyway.
How do I know if a bike is available for Express Pickup?
Check the 'Find Store' widget on each product page. If it's Available via transfer, you can select and pay for Express Click & Collect at checkout.
What is the process for Express Bike Pickup?
Select your bike, choose Express Pickup at checkout, and we'll do the rest – from fast shipping to prioritised assembly and timely communications.
